The First Tee Miami under the direction of the Deluccas and the support of former South Dade athletic director Joel Furnari paid a visit to one of our program locations to assist in the clean up of the golf course following Hurricane Irma. On Saturday September 23, 2017 a visit was conducted to the Redlands Golf and Country Club to help get the golf course back in playing condition. Program Director John Moscoso stated, ”The Reds needed our help and we jumped at the opportunity. The First Tee teaches us the importance of giving back for the betterment of the whole, and that’s what we do”.
Along with John was Girls Golf coordinator Stephanie Peareth who stated,” the Redlands is a very friendly place and we are honored to be part of the improvement.”
The First Tee Miami runs programs at Redland Golf and Country Club, Costa del Sol and International Links Melreese Country Club. For more information please feel free to contact us.
